Rates are not published yet. The weight formulas below are the real shop calculation. ₹ per kg, polish and motor figures stay off this page until actual rates replace the pack placeholders.

Work out the weight of your gate before anyone quotes you.
Stainless steel work is priced on weight. These are the same formulas we use to quote, published so a customer who understands weight cannot be overcharged — by us or by anyone else.
No secret formula. Here is exactly what the tool does.
1. Pipe weight from its section
Steel weight per metre comes from the wall thickness and the outside size, adjusted for the density of the grade you picked.
round: (OD − t) × t × 0.02491 kg/m square: (side − t) × t × 0.03172 kg/m
2. How much pipe your design needs
The outer frame is the perimeter of each leaf. Verticals are counted from your chosen spacing across the width. Horizontals run the full width, once per rail.
verticals = floor(width ÷ spacing) − 1
3. Wastage
Cutting leaves offcuts that cannot be used. Eight percent is the honest working figure for gate and railing work — anyone claiming zero wastage is hiding it somewhere else in the price.
4. Cost from weight
Fabricated rate per kg covers material, cutting, welding and basic finishing, and differs by grade. Polish is charged on surface area, installation on weight, and motors are a fixed item. Those rupee rates are not on this page until they are confirmed.
